We have a 14 day return policy, meaning you have 14 days once receiving your item to request a return.

For all returns to be accepted the item MUST be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened,and in it’s original packaging. Perfumes must be sealed, and we will require the receipt for proof of purchase.

When requesting a return please provide the following:

Order number

Item you’re returning

Reason of return

Confirmation perfume is sealed and in its original packaging.

All approved returns will be eligible for a full refund, minus the shipping and insurance cost to and from.

We work with trusted distributors from all around the world delivering only genuine/authentic new perfumes. guaranteeing authenticity on all items from Scent&Time.

We are currently only shipping within Australia and NZ, with this in mind all orders will be sent via Australia post.

When it comes to preparing orders, we take the utmost care in packaging and shipping to ensure your order arrives quick and in the same condition as we receive them.
