return policy
We have a 14 day return policy, meaning you have 14 days once receiving your item to request a return.
For all returns to be accepted the item MUST be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags and in it’s original packaging. Fragrances must be sealed, and we will require the receipt for proof of purchase.
When requesting a return please provide the following:
order number
item you’re returning
reason of return
confirmation item is unworn/sealed.
All approved returns will be eligible for a full refund, minus the shipping and insurance cost to and from.
Our warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty on all watches which covers ONLY mechanical and manufacturing issues.
Everyday wear and tear, water damage and damage from accidents or misuse are not covered by our warranty.
When shipping please ensure it is packaged safely to prevent any damages.

Shipping
we are currently only shipping within Australia and NZ, with this in mind all orders will be sent via Australia post.
